Great question! We usually cook it 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees. Then we add bbq sauce and cook for 5 minutes then flip and add bbq sauce to the other side and cook 5 minutes. So, 5 minutes each side after bbq sauce is added.
Why did you add olive oil? I'm just curious. What is the intended purpose / reason for it? Does anyone know? If you do, please, let me know. [Thank you in advance.]
Great job! I like it when the temperature and time is covered in grilling videos.
Thanks for the vid. I really like how quick and easy you did the video and drag it on for 30 min like I've seen others do. Keep it up!

I’d say 225-275 for 2-1/2 hours which allows the smoke to penetrate the meat farther but all in all to each their own.
Sounds great! We'll give it a try 🙂
Correct, because at 350 it’s basically baking. 225-250 is best range. 275 at most.
How pellets did u use to smoke for 1 hour sir
You're a legend!
Thank you 🙏🏼 Thank you for watching!
How long do you usually grill each side?

Helps the rub stick to chicken 🍗 and it’ll tan the chicken even better
Gonna try this for my super bowl bbq!
Is delicious 😋
