I got the paperback version of this bible yesterday. I haven't started the 365 day reading plan yet because I'm using it to study for my Sunday school class. We're studying 1 & 2 Kings, so I just went to the page where 1 Kings begins and started reading. The parallel passages from Chronicles are woven throughout Kings, so it's like having a reference Bible but you don't have to look up the references yourself. This is my first experience with the New Living Translation and I'm loving it for daily reading. I agree that this bible is a good value. Thanks for sharing this.

I'm a newbie started recently to meditate Bible eventho born and raised in Christian family(father is evangelist)! My WANTS(not need)is to get NLT CHRONOLOGICAL STUDY BIBLE(for my whole family) and ILLUSTRATED STUDY BIBLE (personal)since I'm unemployed living in my parents money couldn't ask more from them since I recently bought Bible for hefty amount (hefty for me)!! But I'm trusting God, if he wants us to read those Bible he'll give somehow!!!
