During our visit to this "Prakritik Chikitsalaya, Bapu Nagar, Jaipur", we met Dr Kiran Gupta [PhD. Naturopathy, Yoga Expert, and Dietician [Gold Medalist]. She helped us in a great way to capture the glimpses of this very much well equipped Naturopathy Centre, one of the best centres in India if I am not wrong. During this visit, we got a chance to interview Dr Kiran Gupta Ji too where she shared her vast knowledge of Naturopathy, about her activities to uplift the suffering masses throughout her life, her experiences with Naturopathy, Yoga, and Satvik Diet & Lifestyle.
She is a writer of '2' two very famous books on Naturopathy Treatment and Diet, i.e.
1st - "ZERO & LOW OIL PRAKRITIK AHAAR" AND
2nd - "AROGYA SHAKAHAR, JIVAN KA SHRINGAAR".
Of course, she gifted us a set of her books too and we are really thankful to her for this. I read these books and found these are the best books, with great research references, the flawless great compilations. She compiled many research papers, served the society, got so many prestigious awards including "Samaj Rattan", in the year 2019. She visited the US and her interview got played on the US National Television six times and got so much recognition from seekers of alternative healing methods, particularly Naturopathy, Yoga, and Satvik Diet.
She is presently residing in Jaipur and serves in this Prakritik Chikitsalaya, Jaipur, and also provide online consultations to patients who can't visit due to the present COVID-19 situation in the world.
