+AdaWongLover5 After watching the Twitch video Max did of Shadow Jago, I feel like I have a good enough grasp to see why it's so hilarious.
Thing is, he's a silent character most of the time. Looking at Spinal or Cinder, the more they talk, the more we become accustomed to it or the more annoying it gets. That said, Shago generally goes most matches with the sound of his attacks being louder than the sound of his voice... EXCEPT when he's throwing fireballs!
It's an infrequent event because it's his long-range attack (with the slide super also being a bit loud, but it's more of a longer shout than the fireballs), so you'll have long bits of silence suddenly interrupted by a guy sounding like he's angrily grumbling to himself loudly.

i love how grumpy shadow Jago says "endokuken" . He sounds like a grumpy neighbour that's throwing endokuken at his neighbour apartment so he can shut up!
I love when Shago does his Ultimate thing the camera zooms in on his face.
I don't really play this game. But this soundtrack is the best i've heard yet. Loved this first stage.

I've been having this game since day one when it first came out and I've noticed a lot of changes throughout the years. I've noticed ever since killer instinct is now rated m now because of the original I've noticed a lot more blood and more violent moves in the game. am I the only one who agrees?
His voice is hilarious, he sounds like an old man who's mad at someone and decides to throw shadow balls at them. HEKEKEN, AYUDA, HEKEKEKEKE!

I swear max me and you act just alike when we play fighting games online lol we take note of everything in the match as it is happening like...ah I see what he's doing or ok next time I need to lookout for unlockables. we never really blame the opponent when we lose, we just point out everything that we have to improve on, which is part of the reason I enjoy watching your videos lol

Shago seems top tier.
Alternating speed mixups, teleport dashing, dive kick, good specials, and if you ever do something unsafe and he has instinct, you're getting punished super hard, so you're forced to not take risks and let him play his own game.
+Savagewhiteguy36683 I see Spinal being a bit of a hard counter to him. Can't get the Ultimate off when someone's siphoning your instinct meter
solmndust88 You don't need it to win though. It's just something additional. He does really good damage very quickly even without instinct.
+stev019 I'd still lean on Spinal. IMHO, along with the soul suck, you can use his poke game to get in and keep Shago honest.

Kinda wished they used the classic laserblade uppercut from his heavy tiger fury ender from the original games instead of the shinryuken laserblade. but the shinryuken laserblade is quite visually impressive... must be all the spinning. Spinning makes any moves look cool.

+Lukeiru 2/3 of the cast in SF4 had an Ultra 2 with some spinning sh*t going on: Akuma, Rufus, Ken, Abel, Seth, Gief, THawk, Hakan, Fuerte, and the list goes on...

Ugh I play MKX on PS4. Just heard that KI's netcode is the best. I mean I practice for hours offline only to go online and... not be able to do SQUAT. Really thinking about getting an XBOX just for KI which makes me sad... MKX should fix their netcode but at this point, realistically, that ain't happening :(
The netcode in ki is really orgasmic.
+RHIZON XXVII Killer Instinct needs that crispy clean netcode with the super fast paced and pin-point timing in most of its commands.
+Mark M I use an LAN cable, internet speeds are as fast as I can get (130Mbps... whatever that means), I don't know about upload speeds. I have no problems playing SF4 or SFV (BETA) but I'm out of options when it comes to MKX it seems. Don't get me wrong some games are great, and then others... Well, you can barely block in time.

I really want to play ki3 too but I hate to buy an console just for one or two games. I'm still debating on whether or not I should especially with sfv around the corner

they changed them in the UI update so you can see more things

Even though it's going to get a PC release, i feel that by the time it's released for it, that it won't be as good. I can already imagine Rash being Xbox exclusive, and there wont be anyway to get shadow jago, as the time period to get him will have ended. But only time will tell.
