If you are a decent home chef and knows your cooking, you can do a lot of restaurant dishes to save money, especially with the current crazily inflated prices. $8 is crazy for $0.99/lb cucumber and they give you like 2 cucumber. You can make 5 dishes of them for that price.
I just this at that restaurant. For $8 you’d think you’d get at least a whole cucumber. Not even. Never again. I’m tired of paying $$$ for overrated joints.
