It depends on the sv bout the Berserk.
Anyways, in h5 (pvp / High Rate) dagger use STR cuz DEX it's non sense. You have top items, top buffs, skill +30 and all that. If u use DEX with all this your dagger gonna suck against everthing, so with STR you gonna improve many things that are usefull for you (STR in h5 it's not just p atk)
