    Nice work esthetically, but a ten-piece bridge on four implants in a curve means way much overloading on the implants statically.

      It looks like there is hair inside his mouth, which makes me think there's more going on here than just missing teeth. Maybe he had a horrific injury or something and this was the only option due to some deformity or missing jaw bone, etc..? More info on the patient would be great.

    Nice work mate. Stumbled upon this during a lunch break. Love the passion.
    Don't mind some of these comments. TH-cam has a way of drawing out the strangest and saddest people around.
    The patient would be stoked to have function again.
    Would say the title of the video is a tad dramatic, but meh - it's your channel; do what you want.
    Keep up the videos.

      Cancer was removed and the defect was filled with a skin graft taken from the arm probably.

    • @ZeginMakesMusic
      @ZeginMakesMusic ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@markoobradovic616 oh. The very least the dentist could have done was shave the affected area. I couldn't imagine what it would be like living with hair in my mouth. In my experience, dentists do more harm than good here in the US. They convince people with perfectly healthy teeth to have them all removed and replaced with bridge dentures. Most of these people should be in jail. Finding a good dentist is very hard these days, and I'm afraid to even take my daughter to the doctor because she might come back with a hormone blocker prescription and identify as a boy.

      Steven, you don't even know what you are taking about. This patient probably had ablative cancer surgery, gunshot wound, or even a motor vehicle accident. The resultant reconstruction probably included a microvascular flap that included a composite skin graft. It is difficult to find an area on the body without hair follicles. With this lower jaw defect, I think the final result is really nice, and definitely better than nothing.
