The lumpia was hands down my FAVORITE thing I ate the last time I was at Disney. I would seriously recommend. I’m shocked to hear people didn’t like/were apprehensive about it. Could be because I have an Asian palette. 🤷🏻♀️ My friend had the Night Blossom which was so refreshing and made me wish I had gotten it too.
Honestly by 2 pm I had done everything I needed to do in animal kingdom but I had a reservation at rainforest with my group so I still love animal kingdom but this would be a morning park till I can parkhop

Kusafari’s chips are so good too! You can just buy them and ask for whichever sauce you prefer! One of my favorite things to get when I want something salty and not in the mood for fries or corn!
I like the Lumpia👍🏼 I was a little surprised when I first tried it though. I wasn’t expecting it to be warm. But after I got over that, I really enjoyed it!🥰
the pongu lumpia is something that you should definetly try, at least. 1/3 of my family liked it, 1/3 disliked it, and the other 1/3 loved it (that would be me). It is warm cream cheese and fresh pineapple in a light, crispy spring roll that gives a good textural breakup from the creamy cream cheese. it is somewhat sweet, but not too much
I believe the last time we were at Animal Kingdom we had the spicy Mickey chocolate at Zuri’s Sweet Shop 5.5/10. I really want to try Satuli Canteen, Yak and Yeti, Pongu Pongu and Eight Spoon Cafe on my next trip.
The night blossom slushy is 2nd best to the witch’s brew slushy that was at Prince Eric’s at Magic Kingdom. Please make them bring back the witch’s brew!!!!!😩😩😩😩😩
I feel so lost at Animal Kingdom because of the layout! I feel like every path is a secret and it’s hard to tell what is food or a trail or just scenery. Because of that I haven’t had many treats from here but I’m going to have to try some of these!
I've noticed that the amount of comments and views on this channel and other Disney info channels are way less than they used to be. I wonder if it's because nostalgic Disney fans are loosing interest. I dint watch nearly as often as I used to and, with my group of fellow Disney World vacationers at my work, not a single one has any trips planned.. lts sad.
yea I myself stopped watching DFB for a bit and probably will for a while again soon. Its sad because its just sad what Disney has become. There is no effort or innovation currently being put into the attractions and parks, and if there is its paywalled. Disney has always been a greedy corporation like any other. Just people are noticing a lot more now and Disney is inconspicuously letting the public know. But yes it is sad, I've always loved both Uni and Disney (more Uni) but now its just obvious which one is doing better.
I’ve strayed away from the lumpia because the wrapper looks a bit strange to me and the pineapple seems to be canned. There’s a big difference in flavor and while I’d love to try this treat, im only a fan of fresh pineapple.
Animal is my second favorite (right behind Epcot) and as much as I wanna go try these things and ride Everest, unfortunately for me it’s not happening til Disney leadership changes and management switches some stuff up 😔
@@woooooooo9061 like stop taking away perks, raising the prices for everything, charging more for less, stop making the resorts and the parks "more Disney" (it already felt like Disney dunno why they had to change it so much to IP e.g., Incredibles in Contemporary and Moana in Polynesian), put guest satisfaction before money when it comes to the attractions, put effort into making good rides and stop making so many mediocre to decent attractions (Web Slingers, Mickey and Minnie, Galaxy's Edge, Toy Story Land, Nano Battle) too much integration of IP (I like and am open to the Disney IP's in the parks because well its Disney, but its way too much, and I love WDW's original ideas more), pricing people out (and I don't just mean the parks, that new Star Wars Hotel is a huge paywall for what Galaxy's Edge was supposed to be and only the high class is ever going to be able to experience that), Genie + (this is what makes those lines longer), etc.

It’s why I’ve been loving Universal more and more (I love both, but always did prefer Uni, but for me both used to be neck and neck). Planning out an entire day at Epcot was really stressful and draining. I went a month ago with my fam to Islands no plan whatsoever. Got to ride everything even the new attractions all within one day and had a blast! Unfortunately I don’t get this same feeling with Disney lately.
It does look raw, but it is delicious. The look comes from being steamed. My best friend is Filipino and I’ve been eating these with him since I was a kid. Filipinos call them “sho pao” (unsure of spelling.)
Animal Kingdom is SUCH a great food park! Sometimes people overlook how great of a food park it is! Great share DFB!
It doesn't have enough sit down restaurants! Plenty of snacks & quick service.

I don't understand the lumpia hesitation as well. Especially since pineapple is a common topping for yogurt and ice cream in the US
