There are no restrictions for your own vehicle to reach the location. There is no rule issued either by the govt authority or by the property owner to reach the location only by the jeep. As this is a off road people having an off road vehicle they can easily reach jeep is just an optional, jeep people just gimik the tourists to loot the money of 800rs for a jeep comprises 5 people its about 1.5 km easily reach by walk. Two wheeler vehicles can easily go through this road and have a safe journey don't get looted by the cheap gimik people

I see that you've copied and pasted the same comment from the Jhari falls video.
Anyway, I'll explain it again as to why the jeep drive makes sense.
There is not much parking space near the falls and if public vehicles were allowed, people would just park haphazardly which results in blocks and wasted time getting in or out of the space.
Very few people have off road capable vehicle and even fewer have the actual experience to drive through such terrain. This would be an issue when encountering oncoming traffic at tricky places. As I've said and shown in the video, these jeep drivers are experienced and using 4-Wheel-Drive, they make way without even uttering a word. If it is left to the public then we'll have lot of discussions/arguments about who should move their vehcile and in turn, it'll lead to more blockage or even breakdowns.
Also, along the route to hebbe falls, vehicles are not supposed to stop as there are Wildlife areas. Not many people will follow this rule and will definitely end up stopping to take pictures.
The jeep drive towards Hebbe Falls is around 12Kms long and each jeep will take 14 people. The charge per person is 500 Rs which I do genuinely agree is a lot of money and we don't even a receipt of payment. But, we'll get to the location safely and also enjoy the journey towards the falls.

1 hour to spend at falls after jeep drop - but you said to walk 20 minutes(both way 40 minutes) So only 15 minutes to see water falls ?

If you go straight towards the falls, it should take you around 10 to 12 mins. I took me longer because I was photographing along the way. Everyone else was back earlier than me and my cousin.
