Aidan is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer based in the United Kingdom (UK) specialising in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and heat transfer. Aidan addresses industrial fluid dynamics and heat transfer problems across a range of sectors and routinely develops solutions to complex modeling problems including conjugate heat transfer, solid particle transport and rotor aerodynamics. In his spare time, Aidan teaches Computational Fluid Dynamics online through his popular TH-cam channel 'Fluid Mechanics 101'. His aim is to encourage and inspire engineers and provide them with the tools they need to solve the world's most challenging fluid dynamics problems.

as someone whos been watching Aidans videos for a while, it was nice to see the more personal side of him. What a lad.

Big fan of aidan sir learn lot from him
Haha I have had the same situation with meshing. I always thought "I am from a free software generation" and I lost a lot of time trying to understand how these meshing tools work, but I want to say now, do not do it. Just make your mesh with ICEM if your Uni has license on ANSYS and go in paralell trying to construct the same mesh on free software. But don not stop your project on that. Learn it sequantially. Incredible Podcast.
