Most African parents do not read that verse, "parents, do not provoke your kids to anger" they only demand their kids to read, "obey your parents...." and take it to mean they can hurt, abuse and do anything to their kids coz they gave birth to them. I understand this lady, I also once went to mums place after being desperate,I was earning a meagre salary and trying to support her and my daughter with the little I had but alikuwa anaona nikama namficha pesa,she one day threatened to throw me out with my kid, naye mungu ni nani, I got a better job and left with my kid with no communication for one year.She came looking for me.I just forgave but never in one time I thought of insulting her or harming her
