Andd phase 2 nhi round 2 hota hai jaha par agar tumne yes upgradation Kiya toh participate kar sakhte ho agar last Jo college Mila tha usse uppar wala colleges milenge as per your priority order ...not sure ki milenge but there are chances so it's better ki yes upgradation Karo

@binaysinha9709 No only home state domicile students can study in government aided colleges. Only JU and Calcutta University accept outside state students (if you want to study in government colleges).
