Hi ET!!!!👽👽👽👽👾👾👾👾 Oh yeah, I know Aqua Net. I have some bad memories of Aqua Net ruining my hair! I remember that rank perm-chemicals STANK! I have a new bottle of Giorgio and I agree it smells exactly like it did in the 80's! More Avon, yay! I love Eternity and don't think it smells like a perm. Volupte was the last fragrance Oscar made before I left the company. I always found it to be extremely fruity and is similar to Issey Miyake L'eau Dissey. I have Blazer, I'm gonna put it on my October Perfume Tray. You're really speaking my language with all this vintage stuff! You were Obsessed with Obsession!🤣🤣😂😂 Yes the mousse era, spot on! Thanks for putting that strange old Obsession ad! I used to sell most of these, including Design, but I'm surprised that you think it smells like Diamonds and Emeralds by ET? Hmmmm. Wonderful as always!🥰🥰🥰

I live for your videos! This was tremendous. I am a couple of years older than you are and thus brought back so many memories. I had a purse spray of Giorgio and made the mistake of sneaking a spray in 7th grade math class. Oops! Got kicked out with a quickness 😂. Keep these great videos coming!

Miami Glo has even more hairspray vibes! And you made me want all of these. (ok, except Obsession. My evil college roommate wore that stuff, and it's a big no thanks.) I had a Dorthy Hamill and all the feathered mullets. And then the big perm with puffed bangs hairstyle. 💇🏻‍♀ And I wore Guess Perfume. The OG in the curvy bottle that has been discontinued. They need to bring it back.

I wore Nina Richie LAirDuTemps but it literally lasted only 5 minutes. My mom loved Maroc…very oriental spice. My signature scent in the eighty’s was Eternity.

I was a little kid in the eighties - I remember the smell of the wet shampooed hair - that had been cut and was still on the floor before being swept up

I finished high school in 1987 so I'm a good bit older than you 😊. I remember my friend getting a part time job and buying Giorgio Beverly Hills with her first pay check. We all tried to rob spritzes on her from her bag when she was aked up to dance at the clubs 😅

I never visited hair salon in the 80s... My sister cut my hair. I would love to have all MM fragrances.

Thankfully, I never succumbed to the big hair of the 80's. I had the haircut of long layers and a bang much like Paulina Porizkova or Cindy Crawford. I did wear Eternity, Obsession and Nikki St Paule

@@luloops in 2nd grade my mother had a hairdresser give me the “Dorothy Hamill” cut. I’ve never forgiven her 🤣

I was fully grown in the 80's so I definitely do not have the same memories as you do. What I do remember is "feathering" was what was done to the bang area of fine, straight hair. Layering was all over...and since I have 2B-3C thick, naturally curly hair, I never had to worry about a perm and had my hair layered all over a la Farrah Fawcett.
I also wonder why you pronounce the plant "ylang ylang" as "lang lang". It's not a panda from China. Here is the info and correct pronunciation guide.
Cananga odorata, known as ylang-ylang (/ˈiːlæŋ ˈiːlæŋ/ EE-lang-EE-lang) or cananga tree, is a tropical tree that is native to the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, and Queensland, Australia. It is also native to parts of Thailand and Vietnam.[1] It is valued for the essential oils extracted from its flowers (also called "ylang-ylang"), which has a strong floral fragrance. Ylang-ylang is one of the most extensively used natural materials in the perfume industry, earning it the name "Queen of Perfumes".[2][3][4]

I have always said lang-lang and I think there is a decent argument to be made that it is the correct pronunciation. But I’ve been wrong before.
