Inviting people is easy, excluding people can be hard.
Every single person effects the dynamics of the group.
In trying not to offend, you fail to protect the gathering itself and the people in it.
It can be difficult to find the words to say no to someone. I'd love to hear your suggestions for respectfully declining to include someone in one of your gatherings. We could all benefit from the real world examples.
