You're right. There are different ways to prepare crab. However, I always want to try different ways... you want to switch it up so your family never gets tired. This way sounds delicious to. I have to tell you, I tried your filetes de peixe with the corn flour instead of regular flour, because that's what I was using...amazing. It was a huge hit in my house. You wouldn't think changing the flour would make a difference well... It did. It changed the dish completely. Nancy, thank you for sharing your recipe with us. Hmm, I'm Portuguese and I never seen anyone boil a crab thats already cooked, unless its frozen! Those crabs are already cooked and salted. And its a shame to throw out the head with all those goodies in it, you can even make a delicious dip or spread for crackers with the head's contents.
