XUV 300 AMT also has this. I am a new driver and faced issues due to this feature. When I hit break bit hard, post that, sometimes car will not respond or start when I lift my leg from the break. It will be kind of hung , so I have restarted using start button.

Xuv700 has one irritating feature called start stop, in bumper to bumper traffic engine will shut down if car stops for more than 1 second.
Every new car has that now but you can switch off that feature

@@ThirdeyeKa04 yeah but we need turn off that feature every time we start car. It should be like in the old xuv500 turn start stop on when required.
Now they gave this feature for better fuel efficiency
But I don't think it will help in better mileage
