The Egyptian government has been building many new communities to relocate many crowded suburbs. It was even more worst, we can't deny, the government is always announcing new apartments with instalment. we need like 15 years so that all these suburbs to be empty.
I was just watching, but why was I afraid of getting lost in that place hahaha😅
As someone new to Cairo, getting lost is all part of the fun. Don't worry too much as you will always find your way back to point A.

Parceque la plus part des pays arabe sont comme çà (sale) la Tunisie ,le Maroc ,la Palestine ,l'Algérie etc... les déchets sont à même le sol partout, en Palestine j'ai même vue des machines à laver jeter par les balcons le sol est dégoûtant autant qu'en Inde.

The title is wrong you must write the true this is not real Cairo these markets are in the old popular areas . Cairo is very beautiful and elegent and now it has become more wonderful after the development . I don't know wat the purpose of this video
this is more real Cairo than the beautiful new money money money developments. For those of us with not a lot of money, this is still the real Cairo streets that we love. And there is much more feeling of community than in the newer Cairo suburbs. In the old neighborhoods, people know all their neighbors. There are real communities there. Relationships both social and working. You won't find that in Obour or any of the New Cairo developments. Or in places like 6th of October City. This is the real Cairo.

I'm from EGYPT and I know this area, and it's consider a very poor area, Egypt and Cairo have much nicer places than this

Thanks for the video. You can call it a walk in Cairo backstreets because in Cairo there's a diversity of areas and places but you showed only the back streets calling them real Cairo. Everywhere, even in big countries, has places like that yet when they launch tourist campaigns they only show their best attractions.
By real Cairo, I meant places where tourists normally don't go. And I have another video it's called Back streets of Cairo. Thanks for watching.

Cairo is amazing.
nasser literally built up egyptian industry and most of the high brow middle class areas were either monarchist or nasserist developments, the difference is with the nasserist developments they were made for egyprian middle class not europeans and the elete. The urban slum like sprawl happened in the Sadatist and mubarak era. plz think before you speak, Places like mohandessiene or madinat nasr are not the "shitty" places in cairo, your consistent nasserite bashing is a matter of ignorance at best flat out lying at worst.
Why are the cars bombs and blown out
Maybe because it's not the U.S.A. Europe(such as Germany) or Australia etc, this is bordering 3rd world.
