wow! you have got the Dream Keyboard Setup! Congr!!! Thanks for the nice words, I look forward to see your music too, with the amazing Fantom and Jupiter-X. All the best. M
It's amazing. 128 LFOs can be going at any one time, and seamless transitions between scenes. It's the 4 behavioural modelling chips that give Fantom such power. There are effectively two fantoms under the hood.
@@maxfattori5540 Is it the way you demonstrated or by turning on the ARP feature. I am not aware of any other method. If there is another way make a video on it or please explain.
Good video. You could have recorded the rhythm pattern into the sequencer as well. Obviously the only problem is not being able to record audio, ie the sample vocal into the sequencer, but I think it will come in an update soon from Roland.
Hi Robert! Thanks, yes, you can record the Rhythm Pattern into the seq, In this song I wanted to keep it separated to show the realtime interaction and the possibility to change the pattern "on the fly" . For the sample, you can add it into the sequencer assigning the Sample Pads to a keyboard Zone. I hope you will have lot of fun with you r Fantom !
My question with this and others like it, that aren't "arrangers", is can they be used live, at a gig, to build a full track, start to finish, without having to stop and start - just 100% smooth, like using a looper might be for a guitarist?
@@maxfattori5540 - I never see anyone on YT do a full song, like you would live at a gig, on these. Only on the arranger keyboards but the synths like the Fantom are so much more interesting. Using only the Fantom for example, can you lay down a drum beat, add bass, add pads, lay down some lead lines - sing a verse - bring a chorus in (more intense drums), go back to the verse.. etc.. without having to stop/start or use prerecorded parts? All in one live take? Like a one-man-band at bars and clubs? If it can be used like that then this unit is way more awesome than I thought it was.
Any idea when multi-sampling to Fantom is coming Max and real time automation recording from cut off knob & others from the right, dedicated synth area?
@@frankjuno8808 i was shocked, but yes, it took a year for fantom to get motion recording... and it has to be added afterwards in the new editor. The new v2 features are mostly well implemented which is a good improvement!
Max, what position should the switch beside the analog filter in effects edit default at? Mines is always open however if I press the analog button the filter light comes on but doesn’t work until I close the switch? If I then turn the filter off the sound is muffled with the switch closed and the filter off. Can you shed some light for me?
I love that song.
This is great! Nice to see this feature in action. Thanks for sharing.
Dope. Didn't know I could use tr-rec with chords. Thanks
Awesome 👏 I’ve just got this keyboard last week 😎😎
Please keep the videos coming! Amazing to watch and learn.
fantastic ideas Max keep them coming please :)
Thanks Max for sharing. Great demo of Fantom capabilities. Never seen on other TH-cam channels. I love it. Looking for yuor next demo...
Vraiment génial !! 👍 J’espère voir d’autres vidéos… 😜 Bravo !!!👏👏👏👏
Absolutely awesome. Sooner or later a fantom in my little studio
You won't regret it!
Mine too and it will be my new work horse on stage as well!!! I want two!! 88 for home and 61 for gig so I won’t have to keep breaking down!!!
Thanks for the video, very inspiring workflow, especially that step chord-programming! Subscribed.
Excellent - workflow is very smooth.
This is a beautiful demo of an amazing keyboard.
I'd have to give my kidney for this though.
Max this is incredible. It's very inspiring to a new person like myself. I love my Fantom and Jupiter X

I’m watching and listening this on iPad the clarity is really there, It can be said the Fantom is a modern work horse for any musical inception.

Super
Wow! This is awesome! Now I want one of these :)
Really nice, thank you for the video.
I would have love to see how the vocals was created!!! I’m sure that’s not stock!!
of course, the voice sample was pre recorded, but nonetheless, it shows the versatility of this new keyboard......
great max
Absolutely fantastic
Roland needs to implement chords in the T Rec.
You can do it already

Great job! Do you think I can get close to this via FP'-E50? I am a beginner, so please excuse my ignorance :)

@@maxfattori5540 sure, but in this firmware there is zero control on the sample... not even volume
Thanks! Very informative! What tone was used on the three chords? I can't see it on the video.

Why not ? Any limitations? … borderless man…

What? No Motion-Recording (aka parameter automation) yet in Fantom !?
Ciao Thomas, for the multisampling , we are working hard.... ;-)

How about recording the cutoff automation changes?
Четко! 👍
