Is this type of procedure only for stomach or thigh areas?

Smartlipo doesn’t remove the fat cell? Just melts the fat stored.

Yes. Smartlipo is a lipolysis procedure, which means it is permanently removing the fat cells.

Can a person also get fat transferred with the smart Lipo?
You can't do fat transfer with Smartlipo. The laser damages the fat cell to the point it isn't viable to be used anywhere else. The fat would need to be harvested using another method if you wanted fat transfer.

One complication of liposuction is developing hard places. If those better under smart lipo?
Firm places are normal 2-8 weeks following a liposuction procedure. In our extensive experience with Smartlipo and using Dr. Kulkin's unique technique all of these firm areas resolve on their own over several weeks. We have not seen these firm spots be permanent.
Firm places are common after liposuction. We have never seen these firm areas be permanent with Smartlipo. They gradually resoften over several weeks, but in some cases they can take several months. The firm areas are typically felt, but not seen under the skin.
How many deaths/lawsuits does this guy have?
I think it's better to go to sleep for these procedures, it's tramatizing being awake for them
