What are the difficulties faced to implement this in Mumbai or any other Place? Why are we not seeing such simple and effective solutions being used in reality?
Sorry ,for delay in replying to your question. Our main problem is Lack of interest by public and poor efforts to find solution to problems by Govt dept . People think that it is Govt dept job and start blaming . In monsoon season ,we can see in news/ media ,every morning they find locations in Hind Mata ,King circle , Dadar ,majority of subways and start blaming Govt. . Once monsoon is over, everybody forget and this scenario will continue for next year also. And Govt dept ,sometimes lack of knowledge or afraid or lengthy procedure for implementing new working system ,they simply follow old convectional system and after monsoon ,there is no follow up from public side ,matter and problems close without any solution. Next year same scenario continues, officer duty changes so there is no liability and responsibility . If public starts questioning each respective dept staff and new technocrats can come up and work jointly with Govt dept , there is solution to each problems. This is my view .
So you are saying we should Crete such pits in cities? Will this not pollute the underground water table? The rain water in cities first comes in contact with air pollutants and then it also comes in contact with harmful chemicals on the road surface, footpath etc. now is it safe to merge this polluted water with underground water?
The road in front of my home floods to 3ft high / 30 ft road. How many such recharge wells needed? Also our soil is high water content ( lake nearby) but borewell depth is 900 ft, so how to estimate how many such recharge pits needed?
Pl 1) Check the borewell depth 900 ft .(Bit doubtful) 2) The effective solution will be discharge flood water to borewell with proper filtration chamber such that clear water goes directly to borewell. this will help to recharge aquifer and you will get plenty of water throughout the year. 3) Check the surrounding area water table w r t to adjacent Lake and soil strata whether it is permeable or clay type etc etc. 4) Our given system will work only in permeable soil and with low water table. Pl check and revert back, we will find out the solution . Thanks Harish Mistry
Chamber has got enough depth and drain pipe has got holes on periphery and with top jalli ,so chances of blocking is very less . and regular cleaning /maintenance is required for every system. It is working satisfactorily in my own workshop area as we got permeable soil strata. no issue for me till date
This method is useful in recharging the surface water specially in urban cities ,where water percolation is very less due to concrete roads, bldgs constructions, pavements etc . This will raise the underground water table . Your doubt is how to overcome water logging from under ground . ie your area is below the ground water level. There are some solution , but you have to do some field work on area. In such a case you have to search for borewell in vicinity. check its water table level as borewell is connected to aquifer at greater depth. . so its WT is totally different the normal Ground WT. If you find difference in water level, you can easily pump in the water with filtration pit or like our system . you problems will be solved . However If you find WT at same level , then no chance to stop waterlogging unless it is pump out or wait to drain naturally. Thanks. Harish Mistry
Jabardast 👌
Excellent it should implement in mumbai
Ready to execute, require projects to Implement.
Excellent job sir
Thanks
Love from Tamil Nadu ❤️
Super ❤️
👍🏻 Nice
Thanks 👍
Good idea sir
Thanks and welcome
Sir is the outer pipe is also closed from the bottom ?
If yes, then why?
No ,Outer pipe is open from bottom.

Sir/Madam,
Can you explain me what is the present scenario of draining rain water and where it ends ?..
@@angan8306 in few cases to STPs and then into rivers,
In most cases directly into rivers via drainage system.

Great work
But it will be blocked with dried leaves, litter etc
Any solution apart from cleaning it whenever required

Nice
just implement it ...dont wait for Municipal corporation ,,,our team planning to install
Pl visit our new video on Ready to install RWH System.th-cam.com/users/shortsA_bSSH0m8yA?feature=share
