Midtown Madness - Music Playback using Virtual CD-ROM Drive

A video showing how I got the music for Midtown Madness 1 to playback in-game using MagicDisc, a Virtual CD-ROM Drive program that is used to mount CD-ROM images to a virtual drive on your PC.

Do i have to get an actual empty CD to do it?

You don't need a physical CD to do this. What you need is an BIN/CUE CD digital image of the Midtown Madness game itself that contains the original audio soundtracks, and the MagicDisc program.
