No more Chomping from behind, goop or super sticky goop, or the whole goop then spike weed combo (cheap, but effective) move technique. Sad day for Chomper users everywhere.
In my opinion, give back original chomper and remove sprinting, sprinting lets your enemies escape too easily. You could chase after them, but as soon as you fire, you lose mobility and your target could have already turned a corner or used an movement ability. Chomper will have tougher time eating
In GW1 I mained chomper, then in GW2 it was Corn, now it’s chomper again. I feel like the ranged attack works well and also chomping feels improved but I wish we could still swallow from behind
If you already have PVZGW 1 and 2, you shouldn't get this game because imo, PVGW is better. But if your opinion is different, and you think this game is better, you should get it.
I know he was nerfed to oblivion but you guys gotta think,chomper was THE BEST CLASS in garden warfare 1 and 2 because of his unreasonable amount of cc and ability to instakill zombies into an unrevivable state. If anything he's hella balanced now
10:18 was that really fair? XD I think there should be a way to stop chomper in his animation, for a teammate to savehis teammate for example, or to evade the chomp like here. Not necessarily evade that simply, but some vulnerability in that animation.
There is. Chomper can still be killed during the process , although yeah, this has been a thing since Gw2 where an opponent uses their “get out of chomp” move just a second too late, and gets eaten despite the animation playing.
Zack you don’t have to keep holding the button when reviving someone. Also after you start reviving, you can move around and use your left click and right click - you just can’t use your abilities or jump.
Personally, I love the fact that Chomper can't eat from behind. Makes it easier for me to bite them to death instead of me trying to eat someone and end up dying.

because you are probably one of those suicide chompers that can't tell from one zombie to a group. this rule exists because a good chomper would pick their targets carefully, a better chomper uses those abilities properly , and a master chomper is a tricky chomper.
