Well done Caz, that was amazing 👏 tell me, might be a stupid question, but are those climbs one way? What I mean is, there's no going back?

That was a great talk you gave us Caz, about taking control.
As I have told you before, I've always had Asthma, but now in the last couple of years I've developed COPD, so I've had to learn about taking control of my breathing, calming yourself, slowing it down and trying to relax.
