Seems like most are using SprintRay OnX or Desktop Health Flexera.

I have done this a dozen times without issue but today I had to make one in a bigger hurry than normal. For some reason after the extrusion step when I was trying to just select the cameo surface only... it kept selecting the entire thing. Any idea why it wouldn't just select the cameo/sides?

May be you forgot to increase the Crease Angle Threshold under Filters.

Haven't done any, yet. I'd probably opt for bracket cement, first. Flowage composite, second.
