My number one tip is to purchase the Stud multiplier so that you don't have to worry about spending Studs. I got my first billion today after 40 hours of playing and maxing my multipler. The Studs are super handy for purchasing Rumors which allow you to avoid speaking to every single NPC with the Chat option. My number two tip is more for completionists or people wanting to collect as many Kyber Bricks as fast as possible for upgrades. Play through the first mission from Episode 7 to unlock Rey, but more importantly, to unlock the Scavenger tool kit. This tool kit allows you to break down special walls, use a glider to cross impossible jumps, or use a web cannon to stick to walls. These are mostly only used for getting those hard-to-reach Kyber Bricks. Have fun!

Why does everyone keep saying you need Rey from Ep VII for the scavenger tools?? The Ewok from Ep VI also has all the required tools, and if playing in order you will get him first.
Another one is spend your first upgrade card on x2 studs... It costs 1 million, but it makes getting back to 1 million only take an episode roughly, and if you find certain objects that cant be broken, but that drop money, you can farm unlimited studs at around 1k every 2 seconds, i did it for about 5 mins and got 350k. If anyone wants to know where to do that at, After you finish tying up the walkers on hoth, you return into the hoth base with the alarms on, and the corridor before you stumble upon the enemies, there is a garage style door ON YOUR LEFT halfway up trying to go up, and if you attack it. It shoots out a blue stud every second or two, if you spam shoot it or punch it, it will give you 1k over and over. Good Luck!
Hidden Bounties perk is very good. So at max level it gives 750 studs for every kill your max as a bounty Hunter. And yes the stud multipliers affect it. So let’s say you have all the multipliers but the x10. You will be getting 288,000 studs per kill as a bounty Hunter.
@@dh2057 you need studs to get the multipliers. So why not find an easy way to get to that 384,000,000 you need to get that. And with this method it only takes a bit of time to reach that.
@@Jociaoftrades true but you only need 1 million studs for every upgrade. sure the last ist 384 million but you have a stud multiplier of 384 when you activate all the previous ones. so the ammount you have to get never chances. another thing is that one (disco?) extra that costs 500 million, but for every char, ship, etc. you get more than enough studs by just playing normally. no need to specifically farm them.
@@dh2057 I do know all of this btw. And I farmed them, so I wouldn’t have to worry about studs at all. The farming of studs are for players who care to. For me it is nice having all the studs I need before diving into the story. It is how I enjoy games. And if others have the same way of playing then this is one way to do it.
My tip, play the first 2 Force Awakens missions to unlock the Scavenger Tutorial and abilities, as well as Scav Rey. I played though Ep 1-3 and most of my missed Kyber bricks were because I didn't have that character type, or Ability to make their tools 😅 Happy hunting 😊
Here is the tip that I can give. I used this trick in lego sw3 the clone wars back in the day, but now it went absolutely new level. Basically you can skip like 25% of kyber brick challenges by just changing your second player to a droid, than moving him to a needed spot with your first player via force and than switching back to player 2
One I would add is to fill your swap bank in free play with one of each character type. That way you can just use the D pad and not go into the character selection screen each swap
Another tip: Buy Jango or Boba Fett. Those characters have a jetpack, allowing you to fly for like 2 seconds. This comes in handy when collecting kyber bricks or getting through terrain easily
Ok so go to Cloud City (or whatever it’s called; cloud something) then get the little AT-AT and just run around and destroy everything!! There’s so many items to destroy there and all you have to do is walk through it to destroy it. I got my first 1M and 2M studs that way and was able to get the 2x and 4x soooooo fast!
another great way to destroy blocks and not even have to be by them is to lock your lightsaber onto multiple things at once then let it go and watch it fly around and hit everything(sometimes including npcs...)
I have a major problem while going through the story the puzzles are extremely repetitive and a lot just running to a certain location the it just doesn’t have the same feeling of other Lego games where you build something unique mid-way through a boss fight
Played through PT only, bought who/what I wanted but not all skins and picked up as many kyber bricks as possible and 5 data cards, had fun. Then I realised the quickest way to get money was to seize capital ships afterwhich you will just destroy other capital shifts of the same type. Using the droid pt gunship, unlocked by freeing wookies on kashyyk u have unlimited proton torpedoes so its incredibly quick to rack up studs destroying capital ships after one or two dog fights, get new data card multiplier, rinse and repeat. Worth upgrading the ships defenses with kyber bricks too to make it easier too
I am using all kyber bricks for the general upgrades instead of class upgrades. It’s nearly 100%. I also collect every reachable kyber brick. Unfortunately, I don’t have all scavenger abilities. If there are any data cards, I will prioritize on them first. Now I’m getting studs extremely fast because of the x8 multiplier. Additionally, I play every level again to get 100% on it which also gives kyber bricks as already known.
I’ve really been enjoying the game. The only thing I think they should change is how little you get studs; The levels don’t give much, and destroying random objects doesn’t always benefit you either. I haven’t even seen a purple stud yet and I’ve played for several hours.
Number 1 tip that so many tubers forget. Don’t spend studs on anything except core upgrades until you have at least 3 of the 5 stud multipliers, if you can be patient get 4 or even all 5. Then you start to earn studs so fast you don’t care what you spend them on.
And what's wild is. Sometimes I just find the bricks. I use the Force natural. Overall, love the game, love the interaction with other characters & everything
Tip: Doing a heavy attack (circle) after 2 light attacks does a grab/pull if you’re a Jedi or a dark side character on some characters however it just does another heavy attack or the same attack. You can also maximise damage by doing a jump attack, If used correctly it can melt bosses.
Wish we could change the color of the cursor. At least for the bigger fish mission, I kept losing it. Strange the studs tip didn’t say save your studs to buy the stud multipliers. Once you get to a 600x multiplier studs aren’t hard to get anymore.
Good stuff. Starting 6th movie. Haven't done much talking yet. Just shooting through as fast as possible since I'll need to get certain characters to access stuff. Like you said save you studs for later.

If u use data cards money doesn’t matter, using the force is 100x faster to destroy things and get studs. Buy upgrades on the skill tree and you pretty much don’t need anything else.
The absolute first thing you should be getting is the studs multipliers to the max. 5 data cards and some studs and you will never EVER get stud problems again. I make over 3 million studs every kill. Instant true jedi in every mission
It's DLing now on my Switch. This game seems fun but also time consuming. Time consuming in a good way but also a annoying way. I think I will be pleased but also annoyed quite a bit.
I see that in freeroam you have a stud counter that ends on 8, but for all my time with Lego games, they always end on 0, cause the silver ones are worth 10, none are smaller than that, so why? Not a big issue, just can't find any reason for this and my minor OCD kinda kicks in seeing that...
Another tip…. Don’t try to buy to many spaceships back to back or the game will crash…. EVERY TIME. Every single time I get to purchasing the 4th ship in a row… don’t matter what ship it is…. Game says “Error Occurred: Shutting Down Now…. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Personally I don’t think the switch has the RAM for this game. Too much to keep straight with 200 characters, hundreds of ships, quests, bolts, what’s been bought, what has not been bought…. Not enough Random memory…. GOOD LUCK with 100%
7:28 Lego is not known for its challenging factor? yeah right. Lego Marvel has a race track up on the Helicarier which is difficult as you can't race at top speed due to the thin course and the vehicle of choice with its terrible handling whilst the AI opponent drives with near perfection at high speeds. Lego Skywalker Saga can be somewhat annoying on some challenges when it comes to the Space courses regardless if they're normal or the scattered variants as the timing on some can be considered tight even if you pelt it through with a good run.
Im still finishing the playthrough but im using all my studs on stud multipliers so when i do my missions i get more studs so ehen i finish the play through i have alot of studs for characters

Fetts are extremely good at small and tricky platforming with their jetpacks, they can just skip a ton of puzzles

Is also good to just run around outdoor areas in walkers crushing everything for studs, much faster than manually breaking everything yourself.

Had a little trouble with skywalker x wing gift. Looked it up to find out to turn off mumble mode and restart the game.
i upgraded my armour this prevents damage and saves you having to scrounge around for more pieces
