• 3 medium eggs
• pinch of salt
• 8 g vanilla sugar or vanillin
• 150 g of sugar
• zest of a lemon 🍋
• 120 ml sunflower seed oil
• 150 ml of milk
• 250 g of 00 flour
• 16 g of sweet yeast
Decorations:
• apricot jam
• grated coconut

1g salt +
8g vanilla Sugar+
1 grated lemon peel +
150g Sugar
Beat all up till fluffiness +
120ml sunflower oil +
150ml milk
Mix with egg beater +
Sieved 250ml flour +
Sieved 16g baking powder (mix) +
20ml lemon juice
Mix, grease the pan and bake @. 180 C for 30-35mins
Rub on apricots jam and sprinkle coconut flakes on.
Then enjoy.
