Abandoned Towns of Montana's Past: Aldridge, Horr, and Electric

This web series will take a look at some of the more notable ghost towns and important places with a focus on the southwest region of Montana. We’ll introduce you to the town, its history and connect you with resources from the library just in case you want to learn more about the area. First up is a look at Aldridge, Montana, once one of the largest coal producers in the state. This short lived town existed down Paradise Valley, just north of Gardiner.
