What a silly electrician. If you have 3 phase power at the panel why put a two pole breaker and a single pole breaker. If I had to guess there isn’t 3 phase power at the breaker panel some sparkles don’t know the difference between 208/230v 1 phz , and 208/230v 3phz they think it’s possible to get 3 phase power from a single phase breaker panel just by adding a single pole breaker! Ran into this problem several times . Hope that condenser on the roof isn’t single phasing 🙂‍↔️🤨🤷🏻‍♂️

Guarantee the “electrician” wasn’t. I’m guessing they “made it happen” even tho they didn’t have the proper breaker types or sizes.
