I sooo agree with you on vanilla being comforting and calming your nerves. I’ve got a few from the list you mentioned here. Although never heard about Vaan before. I’m sure it’s worth sniffing. Great list.
Eau Duelle by Diptyque, Vanilla Flash by Tauerville and Lann 'ael by Lost March are my favorite vanillas. Never heard of this Vann before, must look into that.
Vaan sounds like one I should try! Civet and Clove are listed on the notes though, so not sure!
Vaan is also on my list of to buys this year , and looking at that list I better create the next dominant social media platform in order to be able to pay for it all 😂
Some of my favourite vanilla scents are Mancera roses vanille, acqua di parma vaniglia , Xerjoff ivory route and coco blanc by hom.

You can find vanilla/chocolate scented oil perfume at Adensworld.ecwid.com There are ten scents to choose from altogether in the store. Choco Musk by Al Rehab is supposed to be more chocolate heavy but everyone who tries it assumes it’s mostly vanilla. Each 6ml roll on bottle is $8 or you can get six oils for $40!

Great video, most of the reason I buy bottles is mood enhancement. Vaan is great. I couldn't help myself over Valkyrie(my bottle buy), Virgile was second choice for me.
I have vangelis from sylvaine delacourte. My favorite from that line. Soo good.
Also love Eau Duelle From Diptique and TF Tobacco Vanille.
I plan to order Orchide Vanille.
Hi lola. Enjoyed this video all about vanilla fragrances. About two months ago i brought a nice vanilla fragrance from dsh perfumes called Vanille bctanique it reminds me of my favorite cakes vanilla slice. There's nothing better than a home made vanilla slice. Yum. If you can, get a sample i think you'll like it. 🌻
I found a great bargain on Orchidee Vanille a couple days ago and I blind bought it, because I remembered how much you recommended it! My first blind buy, I'm still waiting for the package to arrive. Hope I will love it as much as you do ☺️

Cierge de Lune is out of this world. Such a warm and comforting scent... I love this style of fragrances. Only minus point is the price. I have a sampler only and dont know if i ever will be able to purchase it. Its not that i wouldnt be able to save up for it, its more if the price is reasonable for me
The Van Cleef is on my list. I have their Bois Dore and love it.

I really enjoy your take on all things fragrant. I love vanilla but surprisingly I only have two of the fragrances that you’ve mentioned (Shalimar and addict) I have the vanilla sample pack from Sylvaine Delacourt but I’ve never pulled the trigger on a full bottle. I’m thinking I need to tru Orchid vanille and the aedes that you mentioned. 💸💸💸

Hi Lola! Have you tried Mochi from Zara? a very realistic mochi scent!...i think you would appreciate since you seem to like rice notes, and bonus--it's cheap! Im also a huge fan of Hendley Bourbon!
😂😂😂😂 We are Fragrance Sister Friends for sure.. Amour, Virgile and Orchid Vanille are scents I so enjoy although I have not purchased a FB of Orchid Vanille yet… I like Jeux de Peau by Serge Luten, I have to try your suggested fragrance from that house… great review!

@Kayla LS just check on Fragrance Net. They’re sold out now but should be back in stock. If you’re afraid of online sites, purchase in store from Neiman Marcus; they offer it but it’s full retail.
I love Vanilla perfumes. I like to sometimes wear Avon Night Magic (not vanilla) to bed because it’s relaxing. Also Opium and Addict. I have a lot of vanilla perfumes but those are the ones I wear to relax. Incense is relaxing too. I like Satya brand, frankincense, myrrh, oud and Super hit.
I thought I didn’t like vanilla scents, but am finding dry spiced vanilla perfume or boozy vanilla is so comforting (not too sweet!). I’m going to try the Lutens and the Aedes de Venustas and Hendley and Vaan.

I do like it but get a lot of sandalwood so although I love the incense cones for my home the perfume doesn't work for me. I have a weird thing with sandalwood.
Love vanilla
The top vanilla fragrances in my collection are Un Bois Vanille, Bois Dore, M Micallef's Note Vanillee, Mazzalori's Vaniglia, Guerlain's Angelique Noire, and Parle de Moi Parfum's Guimauve but I am looking to acquire more. New subbie today.

My favorite would be Atelier Vanille Insensée
Great choices I will try to sample them. My favorite vanilla scents are; Vanille Banane by Comptoir Sud Pacifique, Mancera Aoud Vanille, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanilla. 👍😍
Oh I have Vanille Banane too! I forgot about that one. Tobacco Vanille is another nice one.

My fave vanilla scents are really unisex. The fabulous Mona Di Orio Vanille must be tried everyone. I agree about the french perfumes vanilla.
You should try Vanilla Woods from the7virtues . So good !!

Most of these is not available at my place. I only use vanilla bean noe body mist from bath & body works it smell so nice but the longetivity is low as it is body mist
What's your thoughts of the Guerlain Spiritious Double Vanille? You didn't mention it so assume it's not your thing or that you've not tried it. I got a tester today, but it seems a bit 'room fragrance' to me. I'm looking for a lovely gourmand vanilla perfume. The Van cleef one sounds lovely. . I love the licorice in lolita, so if it has that note, it could be a winner? X
I think it's a nice vanilla but for the price I prefer other things. From that collection I have Bois d'armenie and hope to get Tonka Imperial but the SDV just isnt that special to me.
My favorite vanilla is Sucre Noir, from Arte Profumi!!! Best ever!!!🥰

Yes. Price per ml is the reason it's been in my cart 10 times but I never pull the trigger.

Hi Alma. I have not tried Wonder Woman. We are quarantining here so I haven’t been out to any perfume shops to try the new releases.

Your best bet is doing a quick Google search. Depends what country your located.
I definitely don't find SL Un bois vanille to be sweet on my skin, it is very dry and woody for me. But everyone has different chemistry.
Neither do I. I said its what I reach for when I want a vanilla that is not sweet.

I visit niche perfumeries. I search sites like Indigo perfumery, Lucky Scent and I buy a lot of samples.
LolaScents ahh ok. Would you mind telling me how I can get a hold of samples like that? I don’t wanna risk and spend hefty money online only for the scents not to work on me!
I don't know what you mean. I just buy samples that sound like I would like them or have had good feedback from others. 99% of samples I buy I dont like.
LolaScents So I wasn’t aware you could buy sample sizes! I looked into the websites you gave me now. But I have never shopped online for perfumes and I’m only now getting into this side of the perfume arena since I have never been able to find fragrances (at sephora or regular dept stores) that are different and interesting yet delectable enough for me, you know? So I just recently started looking into these types of videos to see what I could find but a lot of the TH-camrs including yourself, talk about brands I haven’t EVER heard of so I’m like, how on earth do I get ahold of that... lol I hope that makes sense. But what you said about not liking 99% of samples, makes me feel so much at ease haha thank you so much for letting me know!! 🙏
