Nice. My first job at 16 was for a family friend who was an upholsterer. Great guy. Very good at what he did. And he always had work. Best boss I’ve ever had . Don't take the wrong advice from this, 99.99% of people need a business plan regardless of whether you're chasing funding or not. Poor advice Warning Business plans are designed to be executed. You need a business before a plan. Planning doesn’t make things happen, and without being in the market, planning is useless because you don’t have the right information to make better choice. You need to know who your targeting, what they really want, offer them and speak in their language, find a way to get in front, not overspend, grow and optimize after growing. Business plans are great for expanding business, fixing operations issues, and development. Business plans aren’t used by succesful startups for a reason. People shouldn’t try to build businesses if they don’t understand business, they should buy them (stocks) Simply put, if you focus your efforts on planning, you’ll stay stuck. Trust this: I thought my plans were gonna make shit happen/ only action provided results, and you have to try new things and think about shit, strategize. You can’t just follow a plan, because you simply don’t know what you don’t know
