Your only mission is to kill him with the poisoned blade that you wield, but you feel something deep inside your chest. A warm comfort that you haven’t felt since you were a child, but everything that his family has done to yours, the reason you’re here tonight. Just lower the dagger and revenge will be yours. Alas, you can’t. The prince shouldn’t be blamed for his father’s actions. You drop the knife and he turns to face you, but when he sees the weapon on the floor he looks hurt. Not the same pain that you would have caused had you finished your job. No, this is much worse. He trusted you. He chose you to dance with that night. He chose you, and yet you were here to betray him.. Only you didn’t know the man he was before tonight. You run. He reaches his hand out to stop you, but you’re quicker. The ballroom is crowded as you enter it again. There’s no time. You push through the crowd and ignore the prissy complaints as you make your escape. The prince is still hot on your tail but you make it to the stairs and run as fast as you can. Your gown flows behind you like the soft ocean waves at dawn, sparkling as you reach the main door and flee into the moonlit courtyard. The guards take notice of you and the prince orders them to join in the chase. You can’t risk getting caught-wasting away in a dungeon while your village starves and cries in the vicious cold. What you don’t know is that the prince isn’t after you to put you in a cell. He wants you because he feels the same way you suddenly feel about him. You see a horse loose from one of the carriages as the coachman brushes through its main and dash towards them. You apologize to the coachman and climb onto the horse. It rears in shock before galloping away from the castle. You couldn’t care less when your hair comes undone and the wind rushes through it like a comb made of air. You didn’t kill the prince, but you have a feeling that tonight won’t be the last time you’ll see him.

While looking back you dont see what's infront of you and cant stop in time before you run into a strange portal. You fall to the ground, the portal closing behind you. You brush yourself off and look around. This isn't where you were before. This place looks like a medieval castles' grounds. In your confused daze you run into someone. The prince of the kingdom! Silenced by your shock all you can do is stare, when the prince helps you up and asks if you are alright. He takes you back to his castle for the evening's ball and you two dance the entire night through. At the end of the night the prince gives you a beautiful bracelet with a sapphire moon. A feeling of dread flows over you as you slip on the bracelet. You pull him aside and tell him you are not from this time. The prince, who doesnt seem bothered by this at all, says "I know I brought you here." You want to ask him what he meant but the dream fades away as you wake up over your medieval art. Alas it was all a dream. But if it was a dream, why were you still wearing the sapphire moon bracelet he gave you?

The violin starts playing again and suddendly you see yourself dancing with the dirty blonde boy youve been looking for. You two dance together while giving each other a death stare. Slowly you start losing yourself in his beautiful green eyes which he uses to spin you around. He catches you off guard which causes you to lose the knife you had strapped to your upper-thigh as he gives you a devilish smile.
Hmm. Nice. It's utterly too predictable for what's going to happen next tho. I love all the povs I've read so far but I wish one was just a bit different where u aren't trying to murder and there's no Prince. But hey that's what ppl like and that's ok.
