for the 5th medallion just avoid the spikes sometimes the falling spikes fall infront of you but the spikes that come from the ground just try to run and jump over it, for the 6th medallion when the first spike shows up with ms. bo crouch infront of the spikes before you go over the spike, for the others dont crouch too far from ms. bo because she might bounce on the place where youre crouching. . . . I hope this helped!
