Blake Rose The light bot is faster so u can grab more beacons and have the necessity of having 4 light weapons, on the other hand the patton has more health, its slower but it can deal more damage in one go. so I think pixonic is trying to find more ways for players to learn more skills, multi tasking, something like that.
I doubt its about learning more skills or multitasking, but more about catering to players with a different play style or who want to be able to play multiple engagement ranges with less of a trade off, like a jack of 2 trades master of neither. Though the player could still focus in a specific range such as with 4 Orkans or Tulumbas, and using the switch ability to offset the high reload time penalty.

Idea #2 it will be another medium bot and it will carry three light two on one side and one on the other and it will have one heavy, the ability will be speed when u put the ability all of its weapons will move to the back and it will increase its speed for example my setup would having a ecc thunder for the heavy two pinata and one magnum or one aphid. Tell me what u think to improve my idea.
And leave 300 likes on that comment where I told some ideas for some bots and hopefully Phoenix see it and may be they will add the bots or make those bots in the video have similar functions.

I think the prototype_light is a useless bot since it's easier to have a Patton with 4 aphids instead of switching back and forth to use em with the prototype.
Sincu Depends on the robot you're facing, against heavy bots you can just unleash all you've got. In my opinion I think patton with 4 aphids is better since you need a minimum of 3 aphids to be effective.
yea i agree with you , having more firepower is better than having more speed in the game right now , if only the light Robot had less cooldown on it's special ability ....
ideas for light robot: pinata - magnum medium robot: taran - orkan heavy robot: thunder - trident this is anti - physical/energy shield. useful against when facing them.

Well, technically speaking WSP are not free as you have to pay to generate them. Many great bots and weapons can only be bought with WSP so it's worth it to keep generating. Many seasoned players like yourself probably see WSP as next to useless but to newbies, WSP system is still a great starting point.
