    5ft x 9ft table = 5ft x 4ft + 1ft x 3ft + 1ft x 3ft + 5ft x 4ft (thickness 3/4in particle boards)
    6ft x 0.5ft height microfiber net. 1ft x 3ft + 1ft x 3ft become 1ft x 6ft which is the base of the net.
    30.25in legs' height + 0.75 in board thickness = 31in table height
    Table legs constructed as the top view below:
    --/--------\--
    --\--------/--
    2in x 4in x 8ft long lumber wood 2 pieces
    / and \ are 4 pieces of 2 ft x 30.25 in (cut from 2 ft x 4 ft particle board)
    48 - 30.25 = 17.75in. 24in x 2ft can used cut wood joint with those legs to stand up

      Vinícius Trevisan I used regular exterior latex paint because that is what I had. You could make it any color combination you like with the paint that you may already have. Thanks for watching and commenting!

    • @GreenArrows0705
      @GreenArrows0705  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Noah Locastro No, it shouldn't matter. I did it to make the pieces easier to handle and to store. You could leave it in one piece if you like but the smaller pieces make it nice for one person to set up and take down.

    what is the size of the table . 8 x 4 ft ??

    • @GreenArrows0705
      @GreenArrows0705  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, it's a standard sheet of MDF that measures 4'X8'. I know it's not a standard size for a table tennis table. We don't mind. Thanks for watching!
      Cheers, Brett

    • @jibinjacob89
      @jibinjacob89 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      GreenArrows0705 thank u sir for the reply.. .. What is ur opinion about using laminated MDF. We can save the painting job right ?? Will it affect the bounce?

    • @GreenArrows0705
      @GreenArrows0705  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly, I have no idea! That is getting more technical than have thought about. This was for the kids to have some fun playing on. It's far from being a "real" ping pong table. We played a lot of ping pong this past summer and it has worked well for our needs but compared to a table made by a table tennis mfr. I have no idea how it stacks up. We keep ours out of the weather (under a carport) and we put it away in the wet months since we don't get out outside to play on it. If you plan on keeping it indoors, you could skip the paint job but it's nice to have the solid color and lines for better visibility of the ball in play.

    • @GreenArrows0705
      @GreenArrows0705  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! It maybe took 3-4 hours total time to make it. If I remember correctly, we cut and painted the base coat the first afternoon and then painted the stripes the next morning. We played on it a lot this summer! Cheers, Brett
