I'm currently making a new "Underground Garage" tutorial since almost every one are having trouble it's better and easier to build, soon there will be a link. Thank you for read, rate, comment and watching my videos.
How to build a garage undergound? Here is my tutorial, hope you enjoy x)

I remember watching this video like 8 years ago and taking notes. started building a lot of houses with basement garages lol Ah, the good 'ol days.
This was uploaded ages ago, but let me tell you...this is the best option and method I've seen. Works perfectly.
Wish sims 4 has this kind of stuff.

Edit: also good (if not perfect) video editing. I have a hard time understanding english and using subtitles usually distracts me from the video. But putting short descriptions whenever they're needed, just makes a 100% coherent video, and i don't ever need the subtitles. I can even watch it withot sound! Kudos to you!

Great tutorial. Instead of terrain tools, I had to use carpeting/flooring to level the areas around the foundation, but other than that it work perfectly.

I don't really think your house goes with the underground garage but it's still a really cool house;) Oh and I followed your steps, built the garage, and I love it!! It'll go great with the house I'm gonna build. You should keep on posting sims 2 building tutorials..your really good. :0]

I can make one following this tutorial but the garage is un-usable. After ride, my car stuck between the slopes in midair and my sim can't get out.
at first the foundation worked perfect but when i got to the dipping the driveway part it messed up so i went back and now the foundation will never work again, when i delete the inner part of the foundation, the outter part pops up to the next floor. no matter what cheat i put it in, it pops up. I've exited out without saving and now the foundation never goes back to how you have it :(

my sims were "begging" me to get them a car for an aspiration, but i didnt have the room. i already had the house build and the basement built. checked out how to build an underground garage and it worked
