The fact that all might had deku for months and deku never learned a thing when it came to controlling his power and within one day Gran Torino already had him at five percent and then allmight says its not like you're a great teacher either.
That’s because allmight was in better physically condition to inherit the quirk, remember Midoriya had to train before inheriting it so he didn’t explode? 🙄
I agree while I love all might be is a bad teacher but he isn't so bad as a mentor but he lacks a few aspects
the thing is, the training all might and izuku went through was purely to make it so deku didnt die. Keep in mind, they only had 10 months. Obviously, not enough, especially considering toshinori had more time to train. (also, you have to keep in mind All might could use the quirk right off the bat. He didn’t exactly know how to make it so izuku didnt break his bones with every punch or kick, since he didnt go through that)

Even if we don't see Izuku learning things from Aizawa first hand that much, he definitely learned quite a few things just by example.

And to see that Aizawa's a good teacher all we have to do is look at his exam with Todoroki and Yaoyorozu, or the results Shinsou's gotten from working with him. Or look at him teaching Izuku how to survive and not sacrifice himself during the Overhaul arc.
