I really think it’s stupid glasses, medical wearables, tats, and scars by default aren’t applied to every outfit. I hate that if I don’t notice a sim might have like a hearing aide applied to an outfit as if it’s an accessory. It really shows how not deeply they thought about implementation. That being said, love mc command center and learned a bunch of new things from this video. Thanks!!!
I'd caution people on making the household size bigger. Yes, it's awesome... until you go into CAS. Because CAS only allows 8 Sims, whatever extra Sims are left disappear forever. I set my household to 10 Sims so I could have more children. As soon as they became toddlers, I went into CAS to give them makeovers, and they were gone. And when I exited CAS (with the X, not the check), they were still gone. They're still alive in the world, but you never see them. I used a teleportation mod to bring them back, but then I had to bring them back every time I left the lot or went into CAS. It's just not worth it. If you're doing something that doesn't need CAS or leaving the lot, that cheat is great. 👍🏻
@@devidocs I just had a thought similar to what @bluemermade8026 said. So I was thinking you can make the household bigger, and then get some sims and put them into another household when you need to edit them so that they don't disapear, and then you can merge them back together again.
Have you tried to use the modify Sim option? If I remember it clearly, you can enable full edit cheat first then go to mccc < modify Sim now you'll be able to edit everything. Since it will only edit specific Sim it won't affect your household
2 things, if you want to edit a member of a 9+ family you can do so by clicking on the character and clicking mccc then edit them in a special mccc cas which won't affect the family. If you still want to use normal cas though just click on the Sims you want to edit and use mccc to separate them from the family, edit them in cas then re add them.

Being able to change Game Time Speed to slow down time a wee bit is awesome, but it messed with my calendar, like it was actually making the days longer. I didn't know you could copy makeup and hair on a sim to all outfits; nice, thank you! Honestly the MC Dresser makes me nervous, like it's going to critique my fashion choices if I forget to flag a sim; I leave that one alone too.
Does your calendar ever go back to normal, or does it just keep messing with the calendar all the time? I've always wanted to make my game time slower but it scares me! I'm glad this guide helped you with the coping makeup and hair, it's totally a game changer to have that option!
@@The_Sims_Central I don't know, I tried it while playing with the High School pack and it messed with the school events, they still appeared but were staggered off their assigned days, like the week was suddenly a couple days too long. If your not playing the high school pack it may not matter all that much. I reset it, but may try again. I had it set just a bit slower.
I read on MCCC website if a save has already been generated when you change the time setting just manually delete the holidays and then remake them on the same day they were on. I just downloaded MCCC and I am going to make a new save now to avoid having to do this since I just started playing.

I use this to set skill levels for new sims from the gallery or as they're growing up. You can use the set skill option and then select one or more of the skills and when you click OK you get a box to set the value and they all get that value. You can change up or down and it's great. I also use this to add university degrees rather than having to spend hours at college. The mod just gives you so much leverage without having to know the details of all the cheat commands to get it done. I was hesitant at first to use the mod because of how many pieces it has but after getting it installed I really would have a tough time playing without it. The only other mod that is as indispensable it ui extension cheats. Thanks for making the video.

Does MCCC can make NPC have family on their own? Like a single NPC will marry one of the NPC the they will get married on their own have a child and make family. On their own without playing them

So I have heard recently that mod creators in Sims 4 are going against the EA terms of service by charging for mods and by putting spyware in their mods. Is there any truth to mods like MCCC putting trackers that send your IP address and other information to these random people when playing the Sims. How trustworthy is MCCC?
If you slow down time, are the skills affected by this? I mean will they go on developing like the game was in real time??? If it's true, you will go to level 10 in no time and that's not realistic. I hope they scale with the slower time, so that they are developing slower as well
No, the skills are not affected and they'll develop in the game's real time. However, MCCommand has the option to slow down skill gain, so you can set it to slow down skill gains the same percentage you set for slowing down your time.
I don’t have the option on my computer. Perhaps I didn’t install it right? It showed up when I loaded the game tho (it said mods are active) I would appreciate any advice
it's a little late but what I did was go to Documents> Electronic Arts> Sims 4> Mods> Create New Folder named MCCC and extract and drop the files into the folder. Make sure you have script mods and cc on in your game setting then restart and boom you have it installed.
thanks so much for this tutorial! and this is exactly what my complaint was / mccc is great but it's not easy to understand everything - import tray is such an amazing option that like nobody knows but everyone complains about like mccc needs a frkin marketing / promotion team man
i don't have MCC but i did have WW, so i'm going to guess no. WW woohoo is literal porn, and i think it's limited to just that mod. MCC is probably more age-friendly

yeah I always split the household in half and THEN edit the sims so that they dont disappear.

i literally was having a wedding in the game and the sims gathered for the dance and then mccc had a script error and the bride sim immediately died

No, the skills are not affected and they'll develop in the game's real time. However, MCCommand has the option to slow down skill gain, so you can set it to slow down skill gains the same percentage you set for slowing down your time.

Try removing the mcc s reinstall and extract all in your folder in your mods then delete extra folder then try again
What exact folder is your mod in? I need help installing. Also, did you extract it, or just drag-and-drop?
extract it and put it in a folder that you make inside your mods folder
