- This is a step-by-step guide that I used to credit my affected flight because of COVID-19. I had an issue at first saying that our booking is not yet tagged under the BIG member ID. And there is no available live agent. Good thing I was able to discover the solution for it.

UPDATE:
Ours has been credited already by AirAsia. It took it almost 2 months before it has been credited. Note that it will be reflected under "My Account" > "My Credit Account" and not under your My BIG POINTS as you would expect.

Hi sir, it would depend on AirAsia if they will provide you with a rebooking option. But I guess it will because of the Covid19 situation. Please try to have it credited as early as now.
this is giving me headache as well. It says, i am not the one who paid the booking where in fact I am.
I can't see the BIG MEMBER ID as well of the guest I booked on like what you have on your document. This is self debilitating to proceed.. any help? Thanks!
Try and check each of the guests on your flight if you can find the big member ID similar to what I did on my video. Might be one of it that will work
@@howtoguy1503 thanks for the reply Bro, i got a solution (not sure if it works) but i just made an email and a Big Member account for the persons i had on the booking. Then, update their Details on my booking for them (didn't know you can add a Big Member ID for your colleagues on my booking itself) then now I can submit a Big Member to AVA which she accepts.
@@howtoguy1503 i can't find the details the same as you have on your vid until I update their booking number (i mean creating a Big Member for them) like, why should i needed to do it. When, they should be just crediting it to my Big Member ID coz I'm the one booked that? 🙄 This is so awful
Another thing, i actually made one of my booking credited on my account. (because i have my surname there) Then, on the tab where I have my credit accounts... it has a different BIG MEMBER ID there for me? Like, wtf? airasia wants us to be confused for life...
Yeah, i feel you bro. Their tagging for the Big member ID card is quite confusing. I think if ava accepts it, then that should be good for that specific booking ID
May i asked airasia, my last flight rebook is May 18, 2020 .due to covid..airasia didnt email an update.and im trying to resched this June..but denied to rebook my flight...i continue to update..the response that airasia cant rebook my flight bcoz my flight last May 18 was not cancelled.......but in there website they announce it was cancelled May 15 until May 31...what happen...? May u plz acknowledge my question...thank u:)

Sir How about my Flight was under "Past" in My Bookings. The "Manage" button is not available. I already processed the credit account option with error Big Member ID.
Then AirAsia thinks your booking has been used. Is it bec the request was made after the scheduled flight?
I requested it last April 25, and our flight is May 4. The only reply I received from them is the concern about the wrong Big Member ID (April 27). I checked "My cases" and it was indicated "Reply received". I don't know what will be my next step (Or maybe I just need to wait for 30 days if they will credit it to my account) 😅. Hopefully they will work it out.

Hi Badal, you have to go their website www.airasia.com/ and at the top right portion of the website, you can log in to your BIG member account. You have to use the email you used in booking your flight. If you forgot what your password is, just use the Forgot password option.

If you have already credited it to your account, i believe you can only use it for a flight with AirAsia. You might need to coordinate with them if you have changed your mind.

Hi mam, as per Airasia, they will refund thr full amount of your booking. But it may take them 30-60 days for it to be credited on your account

Hi mam, try to create a Big Member account using the same email as the one you used on your booking. Then see if Ava can accept it. But if not, the options left are either a refund or rebook the flight

I just checked ours and it took it almost two months to be credited to us. Check it under My Credit Account. That is where it will be credited and not as BIG POINTS.
