As you already know, I am totally in love with the way your colored water nymph and I am going to try very hard to try it myself. I know it will never look like yours, but I have to try. There were only a couple of colors I couldn't get clearly see the label for but I think I can do a pretty close match. I love love love lover water nymph. She is my new favorite of all time. thank you so much for sharing this with us

I just cannot like this video enough. Since you first posted your picture I have been searching for any kind of tutorial to get this look and when i saw you posted a video I felt like a kid in a candy store lol. Almost dropped my phone trying to pull it up so fast! Your talent is out if this world Christine! Thank you for sharing this with us! You are definitely an inspiration ❤
I just like to use markers or watercolor as a underpainting - it helps to cover the paper with tones and shades. You can use anything that works with colored pencil on top.
I am so in love with the motive and how you colored it,that I immediately bought the picture on Etsy😍😍😍I can't afford Copic,but I have Ohuhu markers. I tried on another motive,but it is not possible to blend nicely...Even when I colored the first layer with Ohuhu and Polychromos over it, the tooth of the paper makes it look quite ugly😕I don't dare to color this precious pic with markers, so I will probably use PC...You are an amazing artist and I would be more than happy if you could give me an advice...Thanks🤗
You can do it all with pencils! Markers make it just a little easier to cover big areas, and make it look smoother. You could also use inktense pencils or watercolor, or anything else that would help you cover the blank paper and work with pencils on top of it!

What was the white pencil you used please ?was that a China white pencil ?
That was white charcoal pencil.
