One of the most delicious and lovely traditional food!
This food called Koshtkocha which usually cooked with local people. Cooking process takes 24 hours thats why its not easy to cook with one family member. It usually prepare in village gathering for at least 200 poeple to feed, which require four cooks to make Koshtkocha.
