Its easier to close rather than open. When u try closing, your inner leg muscle started to cramping. If its the other way around, you use your outer leg muscle, trust me it wont cramp. Should give it a try.

To be honest just my opinion I think KJK held back on the thigh wrestling. Sungbin won the jumps KJK won the sprint and the thigh wrestling was actually a draw YJS out of courtesy gave the win to Sungbin but you have to look at it this way that ones an Olympian a gold medalist at that and the other is a singer/entertainer with a an age gap of 17/20 years

funny, ur logic only applies if KJK were to compete with them in their own games, then yea sure, KJK will lose since he is not pro athletic that under goes the training they did, but if it comes to thigh contest game like in running man, results will be different. rewatch chu sung hoon episode and see how chu sung hoon tackle and wrap KJK hands, its not even a solo contest on muscles strength, its technique and fast thinking. The athletic Sung bin best timing for 100m is 11 sec, my best timing is 11.25 sec when im not even an athletic although i learn muay thai for 7 years. i cant win my seniors in muay thai match because its their forte and their games, but i can win them in 100 and 400m run sprint, get the logic?
