This means Yami hasn't unlock his main transformation from the grimoire. BC transformations is like Dragon Ball where they are more than one transformation for a character.
Theres also an Ichika x Asta combo attack to look forward to after this. Yosuga implied they had a special move and Asta didn't give Ichika any of his Anti-Magic yet. So I assume it's being saved for later. I gotta see how powerful it is.

It's not a bad speculation. Who knows, the next chapters coming in January may very well be Fuegoleon-centered since all the main Paladins have now been defeated, and I don't think Tabata is in too much of a rush to showcase Asta/Yuno vs Lucius.
If this fight ever gets animated, I fear that it will *completely outdo* the *_Yami & Asta Vs. Devil Dante_* fight as my personal favorite. And I look forward to it!

They've already went from every plot point. Magic to witches to dwarfs to sea gods to elf's to devils to angels to false gods... They already killed the literal devil they've wrote themselves into a whole they can't be anything stronger now or there was no point in the devil Lucifer being a actual world ending threat. Only if they explore aliens line Naruto or parallel worlds/ multiverse.

He had an op magic type but was an average magic user(compared to people on his level). He didn't know mana zone or mana method, He doesn't come from a noble or royal bloodline and he didn't get the elf boost. He only lasted as long as he did because of his above average amount of mana(for a commoner) and his op magic type. He never got a power boost, he just started spamming his one spell until it failed him. He's One of the most mid captain level fighters which isn't a bad thing. He's offensive Kaiser. Personal favorite captain in the beginning of the series but the powercreep of black clover is serious, you either improve or get left behind doesn't matter who you are.
It'll be back when the manga finishes. Why make the anime at the pace they did before when they'll just catch up before the manga finishes and need to go on hiatus again, especially now that the manga has moved to GIGA.
I wouldn't mind if the anime would come back for like a seasonal 24 or 13 episodes till the lucious/julius plot twist and after that just wait till the manga will finish@Mike3282011

I really didn't know which fight we would go to next but then again I kind of forgot which fights we have left to begin with. Tho it make sense to have this fight next since it's about family, lost of loved ones, the broken past, sins/burdens one has etc...just like Noelle's fight with her siblings against their mother. Also I wonder who created that Yami clan's Demon pill to begin with even tho know could control this power when using it? I feel like the next fight we see is William and Charlotte & Gordon vs their Lucius clones, Then will be Gauche and his sister, with Rill fighting their Clone, Next Grey and Vanessa vs their clone, then Black Bulls that help Yuno and Asta get away that being Nero, Zora, Charmy, Finral vs their clones. I believe this cause of chapter 370 pg 11-13 since its the chapter the Black Bulls appear and show their match ups.
I hope there is no rush during the final fight. We still don’t know too much about Astaroth’s perspective in all of this. If Lucius made a contract with him, did Astaroth make a loophole based on the future he saw? Is Astaroth with Lucius or being used by him? Also, there is no volume dedicated to Gordon whereas the other black bulls do. So there better be one for him.
