House plenary deliberates on the Office of the Vice President's 2025 budget

The House of Representatives is scheduled to deliberate the proposed 2025 budget of the Office of the Vice President on Monday, September 23, but Sara Duterte has yet to show up, even though the OVP is scheduled to go first, at 10 am. House Minority Leader Marcelino Libanan says the OVP sent a representative this morning "but there was no written authorization at written explanation."
There's no clear confirmation on whether the OVP's budget proposal will be tackled today, but Libanan believes the majority will not push through with the debates on Monday unless the OVP sends an authorized representative.
