I love that he is always humble and helps each one the members to excel in dance. I was watching "Let's BTS- KBS" on TH-cam; JK wanted to hear that JHOPE approved of his dancing skills. Then all the BTS members conferred how much it means to get his approval when dancing. Of course, JHOPE gave him specific purposeful feedback on a performance. He is an amazing leader and teacher.
I remember American Hustle life that time Jin and Hobi were in a team while Jin was not good at dancing..if hobi wanted he could have done some difficult steps for their dance competition but he took Jin together and made it easy for him ...their teacher was also impressed by jin's dance and even they won that compitition . It tells us alot about our humble king 💜🥺
Hobi may be a strict dance leader because he's so professional when came to work..but while teaching them, never once he drop his humbleness and mannerisms..not to mention his patience level a way up to the sky..this is one of the reasons im in love with him😍

BTS and Hybe really have a HUGE advantage of having Hobi. They have AMAZING choreographers like Mr. Son but the big advantage is having a group member who not only learns the choreo quickly but also KNOWS the music and beats. This is where the other members start from. They know the music first then, if I understand this correctly, the choreo. Hobi already knows both aspects and being the professional he is, he is always helping them and making their moves that more crisp and fun. We are ALL so lucky to have Hobi in our lives! After watching Hobi be their dance leader for years I have noticed: -he is really encouraging towards the members and genuine about it -he adores the members and appreciates their hard work -he is straightforward with his notes about dance and performance. he doesn't sugarcoat it. -he is respectful towards the members -he wants all the members to be visible and have a moment to shine -he is quick to praise the members, but he doesn't hand out compliments left and right. so when the members get compliments they know he's genuine about it and it means a lot to them -he's really shy when it comes to receiving compliments -but if a tv show host doubts his abilities, he is always ready to show up or dance battle -he has such a discerning eye for the details and the look of the overall performance -he could be a stage designer or performance director in the future if he wants -he is respected by the six. so when if you have another member(s) as your bias... then your bias respects and loves Hoseok with seven people on stage, it would be easy to be messy and unprofessional. but all seven work hard (plus they have Hobi's eyes) look so amazing. i'm so proud to be a fan.
