Bolton brickie a used to fish it years ago it was stuffed with fish what's it like these days ,we used to get mars bars from the corner shop as you went down the track at the side ,there was a long row of terraced houses if I remember rightly .
@@ukfishingvlog morning Russ I should have mentioned I'm going back to the late seventies into the eighties .yes we'd catch two buses from conisborough to mexbborough call in don baits at the end of adwick rd then single decker bus up to goldthorpe, couple of Mars bars from corner shop ,circa 1976 onwards . then down to the brickie fantastic memories .a don't think they'd let you on the bus today, then when the dearne cleaned up we started on there so lv your dearne vids ,how about trying for the huge barbel around Bolton we keep hearing about ,that would be great , cheers russ

Only fished for pike had some good sessions. No terraced houses or corner shop just a school other side of track.

Haven't fished dearne for three years but had some fine sessions
@@Adge60 they do let you on bus 😊 had no issues going Maltby to Doncaster centre to Sprotbrough but may aswell have walked from Warmsworth

Fish in main flow, in forties its far side and opposite car park it swings across from far side to nearside. Beware of river traffic.
