- कोलकाता के RG Kar Medical College-Hospital में जूनियर डॉक्टर के साथ दरिंदगी की घटना के बाद डॉक्टर सड़कों पर हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल समेत देशभर की तमाम अस्पतालों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रभावित हुई हैं।
मृतक जूनियर डॉक्टर के मुंह और दोनों आंखों से खून बहा था। गुप्तांगों पर खून के निशान और चेहरे पर नाखून के निशान पाए गए। होठ, गर्दन, पेट, बाएं टखने और दाहिने हाथ की उंगली पर चोट के निशान थे। मामले में पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री Mamata Banerjee ने बंगाल पुलिस को अल्टीमेटम दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस को आरोपियों को जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तार करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
