Thank you so much Sir...I felt like I had no direction at the beginning of Y11, but after this and your video on what year 11 will entail, I now have somewhere to start from 😄 I know, it is a lot to ask, but please can you do a few videos like this through out the year with some more tips and tricks on how to survive literally the most grueling year of my life so far 😂
i have not done any revision and my mocks r coming up in 3 weeks which i am so unprepared for, but thanks hopefully this will give me something to stick to
Hi sir, really appreciate ur videos and tips how to study. I just wanted to ask if u can give study tips to students in year9 ( in my school we already started our pre-gcse course as we chose our subjects at the end of year 8) . If time permits you plzz give study tips for language and literature.
In my opinion, spend year 9 learning rather than revising. And only start actual revision in year 11. You are still learning new content in y9 and 10, so there shouldn't be a focus on revision, rather a focus on learning.
Hi Sir, could you please make a video explaining more complicated language devices, such as ambiguity, anachronism, hedge, red herring and bildungsroman.
its good to start in y10, but dw if you don't! Maybe like y11 December? thats when I started properly and I got mostly all 9s. My main tip would be to do literally every single past paper, and don't worry too much about making notes and stuff. Good luck!!
@@fizzy.100 honestly it depends on what works best for you. When I did a lotta past papers, I realised that a lot of the questions were repeated (well not word for word obviously but the basis of the question was), so I wrote down those questions onto quizlet flashcards, and bulletpointed the answer in accordance to the mark scheme. That really helped cos I could literally visualise the mark scheme when I did the exams. If you're more of a visual learner, then handwritten colourful flashcards could help :)
Can you pls make a video on different types of sentence starters, I have to resit my English Language paper next month which is the November 1st. I am really struggling please help meeee!!!😭😭
Hi sir I have a question, am doing An Inspector Calls for english lit. Do i need to know quotes for all the acts : 3 acts (30 quotes total),or can i just learn quotes for each theme and characters? Please replay
dont worry, in shaa’ Allaah ur fine. put ur trust in Allaah ‘azza wa jal then take the means I’m doing A level and went from a B -> A* in computing C->B/A in maths in a few month alhamdulillaah
Thank you I’m in year 10 and I have been a bit hectic with my work this will make studying easier

Wow
Thanks
How would you put breaks, dinner, homework and shower time in there?! 😣😣🥺😩
I like to have 2 timetables, one for the school week and another for holidays, typically i put more hours in the holidays as i have more free time
I think it's unfair to do exams next year with such minimal provision
Just think about year 11s last year they missed a lot.
@@itzrezxyyy yes but they didn't do exams or mocks in the end unlike current yr 11s
