I went to buy a dried black beans and Im kind of wonder how in the world you chop it easy because they are really hard seeds. Do you have to soak it for an hour?
@@spicenpans I bought the actual beans because in your video I don't know that it was a paste. I tried to soak it for an hour but after half an hour my wife can't wait so I just cook without it and still it turn out to be perfect. One thing that I noticed is that in your video the shrimp shells looks like so crispy but the one I cook are soft like steam shrimps. Maybe the oil is not that hot and because I deep fry it for only 10 seconds on each side. 😁😁👌

I was at a Korean restaurant and the chef came out to my table and sat down with a couple of beers and a plate of shell on shrimp he prepared a similar to this.. he picked up a shrimp off the plate and crunched right in with the shell on.. so out of respect and with no hesitation I did the same thing you know? But I couldn't understand why he ate the shell? It was something that I'm not accustomed to, But from the response you got from the chef here on this particular video now I understand why. Bobby McGillicuddy I think this dish is meant for eating the shells as well, because the seasoning is all on the shell. The only prawn dish of which I eat the shells as well is called salt and pepper shrimp ( I think that’s how it’s called in the States). This is usually deep-fried and then stir-fried with garlic ,parsley and chili flakes and then seasoned with salt and pepper.
Your dog is wonderful. Great color, sweet and cute! I was upset on my cats, now. Both insistently ask to eat from my grandfather food and i offered them cheese but they didn't want to eat it! :))) if it was a dog probably will eat the cheese. Dogs aren't picky! 😍
