KMVN Mukteshwar is located at the perfect place, just 100 metres or so fr Chauli ki Jali, from where you can watch breathtaking sunsets everyday. It's a 5-minute walk to the Mukteshwar temple, so yes, you're prayers will be heard.
As for the rest house itself, the maintenance, service and staff were all perfect. The manager was very helpful, as we're all the staff. The food, which was part of the buffet, was very well prepared, and you don't miss the non-vegetarian.
But what I liked most about the stay was the promptness of everything. They adhered to their timings, and everything was done and brought at the time allocated/requested.
A must-stay if you plan a trip to Mukteshwar.

I had a great stay at Hotel Kurmanchal. It is a perfect place for couples and families, just a 10 minute walk from the mall road.
They have cosy rooms, a breathtaking view of the naini lake and very hospitable staff, if you have set your expectations right for a budget hotel.
