    I just got two MSRED offers, both schools in NYC. Coming from a pure design background, what might be some of advices from you to take advantage of the degree and the location? Thanks 😊

      Congrats! The big benefit of NYC MSRED degrees is that you get exposed to the NYC market, which is arguably one of the toughest markets in the country to develop in. And many major developers are headquartered here, so network like crazy.

    I will get the book, that is kind of thoughts going on in my brain already anyway. I would imagine the steak needs to be dropped from a flying airplane-level of height to be a well-done steak!

      I'll give you a hint.. needs to go higher and you probably won't want to eat it when it lands. But better to read for yourself because his explanation is amazing.

      Thanks for the feedback.. I know my earlier videos are cringe and I try to improve with each one. My more recent videos are more expressive but I'm still working on it!
